IPOWER Alliance Named to Solar Power World’s 2026 Top Solar Contractors List

July 20, 2026 – IPOWER Alliance has been named to Solar Power World's 2026 Top Solar Contractors List — the industry's most recognized annual ranking of solar and energy storage installation companies, now in its 15th year.
We ranked No. 23 among Colorado's top solar contractors and No. 306 nationally, recognized as an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractor serving the commercial and industrial market. This recognition reflects the work our team has done designing and building solar-integrated hail protection canopies, EV charging infrastructure, and intelligent energy systems for automotive dealerships across Colorado, Nebraska, and the general "Hail Alley".
It's a niche most solar companies don't touch: canopies engineered to withstand Class 4 hail while generating on-site power for dealership operations. Recent projects include:
- A 141 kW solar-integrated hail canopy at Gene Steffy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Fremont, Nebraska
- A 215 kW rooftop expansion to the 289 kW solar canopy system at Stapp Interstate Toyota
- Approximately 1,846 kW (1.85 MW) of solar-integrated canopy and rooftop installations across six Transwest RV and truck dealership locations in Colorado and Nebraska
